Kerryn is a very experienced dietitian with over twenty years practising in paediatrics at the Westmead Children’s Hospital and Hornsby Heath kids program. She has a Master of Science (Biochemistry) and a certificate in paediatrics from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from Deakin University. She has published and presented at state and national conferences.
Kerryn has an absolute passion for paediatric nutrition and has provided nutritional support for infants, children and adolescents for a wide range of conditions including: faltering growth, fussy eating, behavioural management, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergy and intolerance and weight management. Her mission is to provide children, adolescents and parents with the necessary skills to make nutritional changes for healthy and sustainable outcomes. She uses an empathetic, practical and evidence-based approach to educate clients and devise personalised plans to enable behaviour change and optimal nutrition.
She is registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and families can access dietetics services with rebates from private health insurance or Medicare (as part of a GP chronic disease management plan).
